i don't think i deserve being shouted at for no reason, being pin-pointed for something which i'm not in the wrong for, and being cut off so many times by someone when i'm trying to explain things.
what kind of superior does that to his surbodinate? someone who doesn't deserve my respect at all. a small issue is being blown out of proportion, just because you DON'T feel the need to listen. if you aren't showing me any respect, don't expect me to show you any too.

my first post of the year! have been uber lazy to blog recently..
on the lookout for a new job with better prospects and pay.. thus, have been sending many resumes recently.. but, still no luck yet. hopefully i'll get calls for interviews real soon. i don't wanna be stuck at my current job for long. seems so mundance nowadays, that i don't really have the motivation to work hard. sigh..
been playing tennis for 3 weeks straight. guess what? i kinda love the feeling of it. feels especially good when u know you're having a good workout.. arms and legs ached like mad the first time i played.. but its getting much better already.. gonna master the sport, and hopefully after that.. cycling! lol.
i just realised recently.. how little i have been thinking of you. definitely a good thing. i guess everything in life is pre-destined and happens for a reason. getting back together with you for the second time made me realised even more how different we both actually were. having said that, everything you said and did is still etched somewhere in my mind. the good and the bad. the ugly side of humans is just hideous. ain't it? love is blind; and ugly sometimes.
CNY in 2 weeks.. bangkok trip in 3 weeks time.. looking forward to the holidays..

my first time dressing up for Halloween this year.. had so so so much fun! headed to Lunar this time around.. initial plan was to go to Butter Factory. but luckily we didn't as i heard that the queue was uber long.. well anyways, ken, jo, tiff & edwin came over to my place earlier to dress up/make-up before heading over to Lunar. thanks to my darling gerrie for sewing the vampire capes for us..
reached Lunar around 9.30pm.. it was pretty empty when we got in, but once it got til about 11pm, the whole place was packed! super happening night.. saw alot of nicey nice costumes as well! phyl and her friends joined us after that, not forgetting gerrie who came after her d&d.. and yulun & peiliang too! haha.. fab night with my frens! ;)
i love Halloween! and i wanna be a bunny next year! lol.
this month has been absolutely crazy! it's been work and work non-stop.. it's almost nearing to the deadline for our x'mas catalogue.. and we're still rushing the artwork for it.. i just want to get it done and over with.. can't wait til it's all over. next week! 2 years of working on this is enough. im definitely not going to do this again next year. if you get what i mean. ha!
not only that, im currently handling 4 author events, one of it being a really major one next month. im going nuts. so so many issues to settle, and so many details to oversee.. just hope NO MORE authors are coming down anymore. simply a waste of time, especially when no one knows who the hell they are.
got a phonecall from this i'm-so-high-and-mighty journalist today. she was complaining about how long i took to reply her emails. well, sorry to say, i seriously have NO time to entertain you. if you can't wait, den please fuck off and look for someone else. don't give me that 'you have to do whatever i ask' attitude, esp when you need my help. BITCHHH.
sometimes, i really wish some people will use their brains first before requesting for me to do certain stuffs. and i hate it when they go, 'just do it' when they can actually do the job themselves. hello? do i look very free to you? stop pushing the job around and DO IT YOURSELF. !@#$%^&*

i've come to update this long forgotten blog of mine!
first of all, I'M GOING TO TAIWAN IN DECEMBER!!! woohoo! although it's still uber long til dec.. i'm still damn excited right now.. can't wait to shop and eat and shop and eat.. not forgetting the outdoor hot spring which i'll be going. wheee! here's some of the places i'll be heading to: taipei, hsin zhu, taichung, maoli, nantou & yilan.. can't wait to go to some of the night markets too! just hope the weather isn't too cold for shopping..
went to book our tour package with CTC at e natas fair on friday. it's still relatively ex i guess.. but luckily i'm not the one paying.. lol.. oh well, most likely it's gonna be a 8D7N stay..
time flies, and yet another weekend has passed.. if only time can stand still, especially on fridays and saturdays.. haaa
met up with my 2 girlies si jie & cera on friday.. had the urge to shop again.. thus, asked the both of them out.. caught up with them a little.. totally miss those times in poly whereby we three would attend lectures and tutorials together, study together, go shopping and hang out together.. even sleep over sessions were fun with both of them.. those were the days huh..
anyway, we had dinner at delifrance at taka.. before deciding to walk over to orchard central to check out the shops. had yummy ice-cream at gelare.. 8 sinful scoops of ice-cream!! muahaha.. i seriously think my shopping urge is horrible. spent over 100 bucks at forever 21 just last week.. but it still wasn't enough. walked into forever 21 again, and i spent another 100 on clothes again! ROAR. oh wells, at least i had an enjoyable time with both si jie & cera.. we should meet up more often yea? hee.. xiaojia.. ur presence is missed too! ;)
woke up early on sat, and went over to darling's place.. slacked at his place til evening before we headed over to fish & co. at the glass house.. it was maybelline's bday the day before and they planned to celebrate for her.. those present were cheryl, eugene, zhiwei, grace, roy, maybelline & their fren, peiting.. i think f&c is one of the most popular places for birthdays! 6 different ppl celebrated their bdays at f&c on sat.. so their staff had to go around singing the bday song for 6 times.. of cos maybelline was not spared too.. lol.
after dinner, chilled at this place called soprano at portsdown road.. nice place with nice ambience, and their drinks were pretty cheap too, esp the red wine.. stayed over at darling's place after that..
another 11 days to my birthday!! ;)

gonna do some updating here, since i've haven't been updating for agesss!
celebrated darling's bday last thursday.. treated him to buffet dinner at marina mandarin hotel.. hope u like everything that i got for you, including the oreo chocolate cheese cake that i've baked. tho it's nothing much, but it's always the thought that counts rite? hehe.. love ya loads..
have been eating and eating non-stop for the past week.. celebrated phylisia and bernard's bdays last fri too.. had buffet AGAIN at kublai khan at park mall.. had good food on sat as well, tho i totally can't remember now what i ate. chilli crabs for dinner on sunday.. my dearest dad bought a total of 10 crabs for us to feast on.. you tell me how not to gain weight?! no wonder a few ppl have told me that i'm putting on weight. :x
went clubbing on wed night at rebel with darling, joanne, desmond, chun sing and friends.. i had a pretty fun time, despite only having 4 hours plus of sleep.. come to think of it, i haven't been clubbing on a wed night since i've joined mph.. lol.
had warehouse sales at expo yesterday and fri.. super duper tired even tho it's only for 2 days. guess i'm getting old already.. can remember those days whereby i used to work at such sales, having to stand the entire day was not a problem at all.. anyway, went to the robinson sale a couple of times, as well as the food fair next door away. thanks to darling for taking the effort to fetch me home yesterday.. =D
watched transformers today with darling.. 2 1/2 hr show and definitely a good movie to catch.. shia labeouf is sooo funny, in a geeky sort of way. i like! shopped around vivo for awhile, before heading over for dinner with my family and relatives..
oh and, did i mention? phy went to europe recently, and she got me the burberry wallet which i wanted.. bought it for 150 pounds only, and i think it's uber cheap! initially wanted to get a bag instead, but just couldn't find the perfect one for myself. oh wells.. thanks to darling for the advanced bday pressie! <3 <3 <3

celebrated von's 23rd birthday last week.. headed over to aston at suntec for dinner, together with her, kai, huiting & chin loon. initial plan was to eat at outback, but we didn't want to waste our money, therefore we had aston instead. food was good and cheap. thanks von for the treat. hope u liked your birthday gifts too.. hehe. headed over to my place after that. cake-cutting session to celebrate von's bday. played jenga with them too.. which geraldine got for my last bday.. haha.. as usual, i had an enjoyable time with all of them..
daddy's finally back after so long.. had lunch at crystal jace on sunday with my parents.. went for a little shopping with them too.. gonna get my long awaited oven soon! den i can bake til i drop! lol..
did i mention that darling got his PS3 and guitar hero already? played one of the games he bought, devil may cry.. and i love it! the graphics are darn cool.. i also wanttt.. =/
truckloads of activites this week too.. im looking forward to them.. =)

a great weekend as usual..
watched two movies on sat & sun.. was pulled along by darling to watch detroit metal city on friday.. the show is damn hilarous and nice! i still can't believe that the lead actor is L from deathnote.. oos he looks so nerdy and toot in the show. lol. and he looks so different in his gothic get up while playing in his metal band. nevertheless, it's a great show if you are in need of some laughs. confessions of a shopaholic was kickass too.. quite funny as well. esp the part where she was stalked by 'derek smith'.. but i still think the book is much nicer than the movie..
well, the main highlight of this post is that i saw jacky chan and daniel wu at PS yesterday! muahaha.. they were there to promote their new movie, the shinjuki incident. joanne and i decided to pop by to catch a glimpse of them.. my aim was to only see daniel wu la.. both of us were standing near the side entrance, which they had to pass through to get to the stage.. haha.. and so, i managed to touch jacky chan's arm.. lol.. jojo and i went for a few rounds up and down the escalator, before deciding to have our dinner instead..

finally went to Timbre @ Substation yesterday with darling. met him at PS for dinner first before heading over at around 9pm. the place is packed as usual, and we had to wait for at least 15 mins to go in. we thought it'll be empty on a wed night. ROAR. anyways, the live band was not really that good yesterday. still prefer the Goodfellas. was feeling pretty tired that we left shortly before the first set ended..
it's thursay and its TGIT for me.. thank god it's thursday! haha.. so excited about KL tmr.. wheee! my dearest cousin is coming over to pick us up tmr.. and we're gonna stay over at my aunt's house..
that reminds me, that i haven't even packed yet.. gonna meet my sis in town later, and we'll gonna do some last minute shopping.. i reckon i'm gonna be dead tired due to only 5 hours of sleep last nite. =/

humans are so hypocritical. i agree totally.
if you are unhappy with me. tell me straight to my face. dun go about telling stories. or rather, dun go about telling only your side of the story. cos everything and anything will be at your advantage. twisted and untrue. i thought you were better than that. clearly, i was wrong.
being independant can be a good thing. but it can lead to your downfall as well. it's true that everyone has their own self interests at heart, that's human nature. but by being too extreme, it's called selfishness.

i had a superfly* weekend again!!
friday.. it's beginning to be my favourite day of the week! ;) straight to town after work.. met darling & chun sing at orchard towers as they were signing up for their 'speak thai' course.. hahaha.. drove to fep, and had nicey chicken rice for dinner.. geraldine, soonhui & zhiwei come too.. reached timbre at around 8.15pm and there was a queue already! but the thing was, only darling, gerrie and mysef arrived first, and there was a total of 12 of us.. all the smaller groups after us got their seats easily, while we were left there waiting. zzzz. decided to give up at around 9pm..
headed over to boat quay instead. the rest (roy, mabeline, grace, yiwei & frens) came slightly later. even though some of them are whom i hardly hang out with, i had great fun singing, playing dice and drinking as usual.. =) we left the pub around 2am.. darling, gerrie and myself went off, while some of them went for a movie. and.. i finally had a chance to drive! wahaha.. drove gerrie home.. and i must say.. i really sucked at it now.. haha. i just need more practice lor.. ;P darling took over from there. lol. stayed over at his place.
darling went for his gathering at noon, while i continued to catch up on my beauty sleep while waiting for him... watched prison break after that.. total cliff hanger again.. damn! but im still loving it. slacked all the way til evening, before he drove me over to boat quay AGAIN. was meeting the usual gang for dinner to celebrate yuan's bday. korean food. i thought it was so-so only. and it costs us a freaking bomb!!! 530 bucks for 13 people.. oh well.. i just knew we were gonna head over to one of the ktv pubs again.. and i was right.. haha. a funny thing happened at around midnight.. yuan was gonna puke already, and he was 'chionging' to the toilet. but he didn't make it in time. so he puked all over the floor while on the way to the toilet. it was really a funny sight.. im so lucky that i wasn't anywhere near him. lol. left the place around 1-ish.. super tired..
short meet up with darling today. had bakerzinn for lunch at northpoint.. we watched the movie he's just not that into you.. i thought it was entertaining, but not that fantastic as i hoped it would be.. home sweet home after that.
what a fulfilling weekend.. but sadly, i've got the pre-monday blues now....

i had a great weekend.. with the exception of it being a monday tmr.. urghh!
friday was spent with darling. he picked me up from westmall after work. headed to bt. timah market for our much anticipated satay beehoon! it was not bad, but i still prefer the one at amk. headed over to his place to stay over for the nite. watched prison break season 4.. getting more and more exciting! i love michael scofield! haha..
was supposed to go cny visiting on sat. but due to certain hiccups, decided to cancel the whole thing. totally waste of my time organizing. u guys deserved to be shot. watched more of prison break after our lunch.. wanted to head to town for some shopping earlier, but both of us were having heachaches that we fell aslp for the longest time ever.. by the time we woke up, it was nearly dinner time.. haha! fish and co. for dinner.. thanks darling for the treat.. i seriously will never grow sick of their seafood platter. caught underworld 2: rise of the lycans. nice.
swensons for ice cream after that. guess who i saw? felicia chin!! she is so pretty laa.. she was initially alone reading her book at the table right beside us. i was starstruck for awhile cos i didn't realise that that was her until i looked at her a couple of times. i could literally reach out and touch her. haaa. wanted to say hi but then her friends came. so did dai yangtian (jap guy in little nyonya).. gave up the idea of saying hi as it wasn't very nice interrupting them. =( darling fetched me home awhile later..
met up with sijie darling at westmall on sunday. lunch at sakae sushi.. their service was awfully slow.. bth.. shopped around the place buying our daily necessities.. tho' it was a short meet up, hope she likes the perfume i got her. x) causeway pt with darling after that. watched the curious case of benjamin button. i was practically freezing in the cinema cos the air-con was so damn cold. and the show was nearly 3 hours long. anyway, i thought it was a really good and touching movie! very worth watching.. thumbs up for brad pitt!
these past few days have been great with you around. i don't know what the future holds for us, but i'm just happy to have you in my life once again. xoxo

i'm back from Phuket!
we all had a fantastic time over there.. we ate, we shopped, we snorkelled, we beached, we clubbed and so much more.. we even watched the thai girl show! muahaha.. so fun! will be back with updates and peektures when i have the time..
von, huiting, kai & chin loon came over to my place yesterday to bai nian.. i had a fab time playing black jack with them.. even my mum joined in the fun! i won 34 bucks, while chin loon lost over 100 bucks to us! haha..
looking forward to the weekend! hot date with darling later, cny visiting again tmr, and meeting sijie darling on sunday! wheee!
life's been good so far. everyday's a flurry of activities.. im hoping everything stays this way for a very long time..

Happy CNY everyone!
CNY this year is so quiet.. as compared to the previous years. didnt go back to msia this time around cos my dad is only staying 2 weeks in sg before he heads back to kazak.. went visiting on CNY day one and two. only went to like, 5 houses? haaa.. i want to go back to msia la! ROAR.
Celebrated teck lim's 23rd birthday on sat.. we went to keat hong for dinner, instead of the original plan of having steamboat at crystal jade holland v. shopping with yiwei and huiting at jurong point before that. the place is super huge! but sadly, i only managed to get 2 tops for CNY.. tsk tsk. headed to west coast macs to chill out. was supposed to head to decoders cafe for some board games but some 'idiot' said otherwise, and the whole bunch of us just slacked the night away.. (-_-)"
On a side note, our Phuket trip is only DAYS away! im so excited man.. which means dun have to work next mon & tues.. sha la la! long holiday again.. and also, just booked the flight tickets to KL in march.. its so freaking cheap! woohoo! only 78 bucks for a 2 way flight.. im so looking forward to both trips.. cos its the only time i'll get to enjoy myself..

i'm feeling very confused right now. very very very confused.
if only you had said those things to me 6 months earlier. i would have said yes immediately. the 'me' now is feeling very scared. scared of taking the plunge again. scared of losing you all over again. scared of having the heartbreak again. scared of so many things... i dun think i can take the heart ache all over again, you noe? i thought i've moved on, but the fact is i never did. the funny thing is that i just realized it. i loved you, and i have never stopped loving you. so why am i hesitating?

I had a fab weekend as usual..
Bbq gathering on fri at sembawang park! had tons of fun bbq-ing, eating, drinking, chatting, taking pics and so on.. hee
Sat was spent at kai's place. played MAHJONG with wei juan, huiting, chinloon & kai. his frens came to join us as well. we took uber longgg to finish just one round! lol.. played from 9pm all the way til 4am.. i love mahjong!! supper at xing wang after that. reached home around 5 plus, but i was still feeling v energetic.. haa.
Tons of meet-ups next week! meeting glen & tony on tues, si jie on wed, ex poly mates on fri.. im loving it.
spent my countdown for 2009 at jess's potluck party at her place. had fun playing some uber lame games, board games and mahjong.. simple yet nice. loads of NUS ppl tho. haha. apologies to jess for not bringing any food over.. nice catching up with my girlies. organise a clubbing or mahjoing session soon yea!! ;) reached home at 5ish in the morning.. but was still wide awake until i dozed off at 6. haa
had dinner near ken and tiff's place earlier. had our crab feast.. slurps. over to ken's place for a short while. played his guitar hero world tour on his PS3. haha. quite fun eh! but i still want WII. haa
decided not to join the guys for countdown as i didn't want to waste money on cabs again. will cost a bomb from bishan to cck man. i reckon that's the reason why im always broke. =/

MERRY X'MAS EVE!
shopping for two consecutive days in town..
monday with joanne & tiffany.. had dinner at taka, before we headed for our mini shopping session. i realised something when im out with them.. we tend to always look at make up when we 3 go shopping together.. lol. managed to snap a couple of pictures with the x'mas lightings outside. nice.. shopped til we were so tired that we cabbed home after that.. =/
shopped at raffles city with my darling girls, phyl and gerrie yesterday. they made me wait for them for over an hour! haha.. thus, didnt manage to check out the wallets at Agnes B. but still, we had a great time shopping all the way til midnight.. haha. finally bought my DKNY BE DELICIOUS perfume. which i absolutely love! plus all the other freebies which i got.. totally worth it.. hee.

i had a fab looong weekend!
have been out every single day except for sun. i refused to bugde, staying at home enjoying my beauty sleep and endless load of dvds. haha. that's how sundays should always be. L A Z Y.
starting from last thurs, town and dinner after work with phyl, gerrie, yuan, tecky and desmond. didn't want to go initially when i heard that someone was going, but was reluctant to go home that early. headed to town for some shopping, before we settled at thai express for dinner. too shagged to go anywhere after that, thus all of us headed home.
friday was out with the whole gang, with phyl, gerrie, ivy, bernard, derek, alicia, yuan, lun & chinloon. steam boat at bukit timah was great.. just like old times.. ate like a PIG.. phyl and i were busy attacking the crabs.. slurps*! rayan, tecky, eunice and yiwei joined us after that. headed to halo bar at ngee ann for a mini ktv session. and i drove chinloon's car with the girls over. lol. so fun! sang and drank until 1-ish as they closed quite early that day. home sweet home after that.
vivo on sat with gerrie & chinloon. finally collected my LG fone after so many months. shopped and shopped the whole day. after that, we watched BOLT at 10 plus.. it's sucha cute and funny show. i like!! thanks to chinloon for driving us back after that..
causeway pt with my mom & sis on monday. had crystal jade for lunch (again!). slacked awhile before meeting ting, kai & gerrie at bugis. surprising, i was the first to arrive. haha. waited for everyone to arrive, before we went to look for food (again!). walked around bugis, and to sim lim shortly after. combed the place for cheapo deals, but i dint manage to get my hard disk in the end cos the shops were closing already. huiting bought her canon camera tho'. nice. went to Tong Shui for late dinner cum supper. i love the place and the food there. been wanting to go back since the last time i went there for supper, but didnt have the chance to. i totally dig their mango prawn roll.. slurpss*! cabbed home after that.
and finally, went to the premiere of TWILIGHT at town yesterday. with gerrie, stef, yuan, lun and xl.. i think the twilight fever has finally caught up on me. or rather, the 'edward' fever. haha.. robert pattinson is drop dead gorgeous. in short, the movie was pretty niceee, tho' it would have been much better if there were more action scenes. oh edward... bite me! :D

life's good. apart from being really busy at work, everything's been pretty good these days. with a few exceptions here and there..
have tons of errands to run.. but i'm just too lazy to start doing them. gotta head to vivo to collect my repaired phone, starhub to change to e hub station box set, book e coach tix to KL in dec, and last but not least, go for a haircut!! and maybe squeeze in a manicure as well. ROAR.
thanks to my lovely colleagues, I constantly have never-ending movies and dramas to watch. just these past few weeks, I have been watching Gossip Girl, Ugly Betty, Dou Niu Yao Bu Yao, Hot Shot & Huan Huan Ai all at one go.. lol.
and the one thing I'm looking forward to is the trip to KL & Genting next month. gonna shop til I drop, gamble til I'm broke, and eat til I grow fat.. muahaha..

i better blog before i forget what i did the entire weekend..
had a long weekend, since mon's deepavali.. but sadly.. its monday nite now and there's work tmr.. SIAN..
fri was out with colleagues, tiff, joanne, kenneth and uncle sai.. the girls went for dinner & shopping at suntec, before waiting for uncle sai to pick us up.. headed to timbre at substation.. BUT it was full house.. im soooo sorry guys, din expect that the queue was that long, and fri nite definitely confirmed one thing.. i'm a super road idiot.. haha. headed to boat quay for drinks and ktv. headed home around 2ish.. to my dearest friend, time will heal everything... =)
sat was out with huiting and kai.. enjoyed myself loads.. i think they are the only ones who can make me laugh like mad.. headed to bugis, den we went to explore lasalle which was nearby.. their buildings are total coolness. i want to study there too! haha.. walked from bugis all the way to dhoby gaut.. dinner and drinking session (again!) at a ktv pub at princep street. decided that we didn't want to go home that early, so we went to powerhouse at 2am!! muahaha.. had a fab night even tho we were dead tired after that.. more outings please. =D
dinner with yuan on sun nite.. went to ivins at upper thomsom, which is super near my workplace.. haha. after that, short meetup with gerrie, yiwei, tecky, yulun & loon. we watched high school musical 3.. nice.
and finally for today.. cwp with my mum & sis.. lunch at crystal jade.. before we had our mini shopping spree for erm, useless stuffs.. haha. but at least i bought a nice dress.. =/
daddy wee coming back this fri.. can't wait...
threw away all the letters you wrote to me while i was in perth.. every single one of them. not because i don't cherish them, just that i dun see any point in keeping them anymore...

first and foremost, i wanna say...
i passed my driving test!! 2nd attempt with 10 points. and yes, i'm so happy! :D traffic was good, tester was good, although he looked damn bored while in the car.. lol. and luckily it didn't rain while i was taking the test. was super nervous during the warm up la, but luckily everything went well after that..
congrats to my sis as well who passed one day after me. haha. thanks to all those who wished me before and after the test, totally appreciate it. i'm so gonna psycho my dad to get a new car when he's back next week..
and also, tho it's some time ago already. i finally bought the Samsung phone which i wanted all along, after hunting around SG for the best price. from yishun to amk to the east. and i love it!! it's way better den my previous LG Viewty, which totally sucked only after using it for 8 months. and no, i'm never buying a touch screen fone ever again. may seem cool at first, but smsing really takes up alot of time..
work is busy busy busy.. kill me.

I HATE KINOKUNIYA PPL. they are all bloody bitches, who totally dun have respect for anyone but themselves. even tho i have never met them before, a phone call from them is enough for anyone to detest them straight away.
now i know why some of my colleagues are having problems with them.

time flies. its been over a week.. and yet everything still lingers on my mind. hardly a day whereby im not missing you.
I won't forget everything that you have done for me.. those memories shall always remain deep in my heart..
I noe I will surely miss everything like crazy. especially ur hugs and kisses.. days spent at ur house doing nothing at all, all the countless movies we've watched together, those endless days of missing you while i was in perth. and yet now that i'm back, you chose the easy way out.. for that, it just breaks my heart.

my heart feels so heavy..
no matter what I do, or where I am, be it at work or when im at home, or even when im out with you.. my heart feels so heavy.. the feeling of sadness just makes everything feel so distant..
everytime when im upset or unhappy, I would go to the pool downstairs my place. and I would always feel much better after sitting there alone..
